Hi, I would like to know which Iron and Calcium supplements are the best to take immediately following surgery for Bypass patients? I know that B vitamin supplements can befound in sublingual forms, and chewable multivitamins are okay for our regular vitamins but I had been wandering about the other two for a while. What is also a good supplement to help prevent hair loss after surgery?
