I guess I really did look like a bulldog. -
I had highlights. and everywhere it was blonde nearly broke in half. This was right at 100lbs. I got my hair darkened getting rid of the highlights that stopped the breakage. Dlb'd up on the biotin and started using the It's a 10 product with heavy conditioning treatments took me almost 4 months to recover now my hair looks great.

I had a hard time with this as well. I started taking biotin the pills are small so its not that bad. I also started using this miracle shampoo and conditioner with a spray in stay in conditioner and it is amazing. It's called "It's a 10" expensive but it really works.

WOW YOUR STANDING STRAIGHT FOR 13 DAYS!!. I could not stand up straight for 8 weeks. I was barely walking at 14 days lol. Looks great. -
Over eating can cause this. Over eating can stretch your pouch. stretching your pouch can cause a slip.

Yes very painful. But I have no regrets. Was a good 2 weeks no work. 10 days of my husband lifting me in and out of bed. I still had slight pain up until week 6. I could not walk straight until week 7. but then again I had a lot done at once. But the tightening of the stomach muscles was the worse. None of the incisions hurt. It is a blessing not having that excess skin or what I called that flab lol. Insurance covered nothing. I was self pay. Honestly it was not that bad I'm already planning to do my inner upper legs lol. Was well worth every bit of the pain. And think about it you only have to do it once -

I started at 289 a size 24 with a size 38F breast. I'm at 150 now a size 7/8 and a 36DD or a 38C. The tummy tuck took away all the stomach skin which was a blessing. The Lift/Augmentation The Dr did a great job. i could not find a Dr to just do the lift. After 4 Dr's telling me I needed the Augmentation to I finally gave in and did it. I didn't want bigger because I had big breast all my life. So he did 500cc in 1 and 550cc in the other to make them even. They are a nice size and very perky now all the heaviness is gone and I feel great. I am already planning my next procedure. I want to do an inner leg lift next.

Worst part of the whole procedure. I lived on sugar free jello pops. sf jello, sf pudding and chicken broth, ff sf vanilla latte's and mio was better than crystal light I also found a sf ice cream for 3 weeks. It sucked. Oh and to help with the stupid protein shakes I used muscle milk added 3 shots of espresso blended with 1 banana Good luck -

Hot things are easy. It goes through easy because the heat loosen the band. Slim fast is thick. I have had fat free ice cream not go down before as crazy as that sounds. I find I can not eat before 11 am the band is tighter. I had massive weight lose until i got to 8cc's everyone is different. My weight lose slowed down at 8cc's so I got another fill and went to 8.5. After that everything got stuck and i Slimmed so much I could not take it I tried for 6 weeks then had the .5 removed. the puking was not good and I lived in fear of slipping. I figured out the weight lose slowed down not because of how many cc's I had but it was because I got lazy and was not as strick on myself.
