I was banded in CR 6 weeks ago. My plan was to get fills at the Fill Center USA location near the Twin Cities (Minnesota), but sometime after I scheduled my surgery and before I got home from CR, the location closed! The nearest Fill Center USA is about 900 miles away. I'm desperate to find a place in Minnesota. I tried calling Dr. Baker because the Lap Band site listed him as accepting outside patients, but his office never got back to me. If there isn't anywhere in MN, I'm willing to fly to Milwaukee or Chicago (metro areas) because airfare isn't too expensive. Please, please, please help.

Yep, the New Prague location closed. It's a drag. It's going all right so far. To be honest, I kind of forgot I had the surgery done since I haven't had a fill yet. It's been six weeks and probably another 3 till I can make it to another Fill Center USA location. Don't get me wrong, I'm losing weight, but that was in large part because of the liquid diet. Do you have a nutritionist you could recommend in MN? I need one of those kind of badly. I am having a hard time finding one that specializes in bariatrics (who isn't associated with a clinic that won't have me).
