Hello my Name is Caroline ... I am getting banded on Jan 21st . I had my pre op appointment today and the doctor was great. I feel little more less nervous . Im still a little scared about the protein shake thing ... Any advice you can give me would be great . Would also like to meet someone who is getting banded around same time so we can support one another ~!

not hard at all.. I went in to see my PCM in september, took about 1 week to get my referral. I got my band in Jan.. My lapband doc's office said tricare is fast...

i see your a navy wife how hard was it to get referall for Tricare ?? you look good!
