Well, I will be brief since I am not quite finished, but it has been almost a year and I have lose 73 pounds. lost the first forty or fisty within the first few months, then lost very very slowly. I am not sure what the timeframe was, but my weight seemed to stand still for a few months since the holidays. I am finally down to 190 and want to be 185 by the 16 of august, my one year mark, but I keep eating grasy food and junk food. I think the physical part for me is easy, but it is the mental part that is most difficult. I am constantly "arguing" with myself on whether I should eat something or not. I think what helps me is the fact that we are not suppose to eat and drink at the same time. Having an either or choice help me keep on track, but I have thirty pounds to go to my goal and I am not giving up yet. My weight loss as gotten much better within the last month or so and I am excited. Good luck to anyone reading this and remember to never give up!
