Hello all. I am new to this forum, so not sure what to say... here is my intro...
I was just banded last Friday 2/4/11. My group of docs were the Center for Obesity in Fountain Valley, CA.
I lost 20 lbs total to date. 16 lbs pre-op and 5 lbs post op. I don't really feel hungry yet, but definitely don't feel as if i have any restriction. I am not getting much over 450 calories per day, but am very careful about getting at least 60 grams of protein and 64 oz of fluid. I also am making sure i am getting at least 30 min on the treadmill at 3 mph
Does anyone have any opinions on whether this will derail my weight loss (due to lack of calories)?
