My Mom Sylvia has lost 11 lbs in 12 days with Omni! So proud of her for sticking to it and making a change in her life.

How's this for a story? The car in front of me on the 163 stopped because there was a dog under their car, they tried to get it out but couldn't so I grabbed the towels in my car and tried to help and ended up getting bit.

Drove to boomers and they need the coupon for nick to get a free pass, guess we are driving home.

Taking the tetanus shot and the antibiotic but passing on the series of rabbes shots, betting on the dog not having it.

Almost picked up some pickles at Costco yesterday until I checked out the ingredients and saw that they included Yellow #5, hoping I can find some without it. Starting my new job tomorrow, and am just a little nervous. Not even sure what to take for lunch =)

Daddy got to do what Jadyn wanted for his birthdaytoday. Had Dennys for breakfast, played Wii, went to Boomers and played miniature golf, go carts and bumper boats, ate lunch at Red Robin and dessert at Yogurtland

Just saw your post, checked out your profile and thought it was funny how similar we are. I was born Aug of 79, had surgery March 18th and our weight loss goals are pretty close. =)

Decided to have make a smoothie to try and get some nutrition - used frozen mango, blueberries, grass fed yogurt, macadamia nuts and green superfood.

Wishing we had family here that we could spend Christmas with, would love a traditional Christmas dinner that I didn't have to cook all myself. Missing my mother in law who we lost way too young and my Dad who passed when I was in high school but thankful to have Nick home with us and having a family that loves and cares about me.
