I am going to a seminar on Monday, March 14th at St. Frances in Federal Way, WA. The surgeon is Dr. Oh. Anyone gone there?? I have Tricare Standard, just starting this process. Any other suggestion of doctors in Tacoma who take TriCare would be appreciated. Thanks.

Will Tricare authorize the lap band surgery if I have BMI 40 and no other health problems? Is there a good doctor in the Seattle/Tacoma area that takes TRICARE that's good? Any help would be soooo appreciated. Thanks!

Help! Many questions. I am thinking of the lapband but don't even know where to start. I have tricare standard. I weigh 250lbs with BMI 40. No other medical conditions. Any help is appreciated.

Hi. Just starting to think about thisw surgery. I am weigh 250lbs. and have BMI of 40. No other health problems. Will Tricare standard approve this? What are my first steps in this process? Anyone know good surgeons in the Tacoma area? Thanks for any info.
