lol i drank the juice also when i was on the liquid portion. my dr said it was ok just watch the sodium intake. -
I like balance bars, they are at Krogers, walmart, walgreens, cvs, etc they are about $1 a bar and taste great!! They are cheaper if you buy in the case. I think they have 6 or 7 flavors.

I need to find cheap chewable vitamins. I need D3-4000 iu a day and calcium citrate 2000 mg a day and i can not find them anywhere for a resonable price. Please someone HELP

Thanks everyone, you are all a big help. We don't have a Costco up here in Indiana but we do have a Sams Club which is pretty much the same thing. I'm going hunting today for them after work.

I itched like CRAZY!! Nothing helped and my DR said don't put anything on it. I would just rub it and it helped. Sorry......my itching lasted andt 2 1/2 weeks. Good luck!

I was banded March 22, and I feel great!! I was pretty much walking as soon as I got out of surgery so gas pain wasn"t to bad. My bandages came off the other day and 4 out of my 5 scars look like a tiny scratch and the "big one" is only about a 1/2 inch long. I do have a question, is it normal to feel restriction already? I can't eat more than 3-4 oz at a time. I love my decision to be banded!! -

Im getting banded the 22 also! My doc has all his patients on a 4 week opti fast diet. I have one week down. -
So excited, I go next week for orentation and start the pre diet the 24. My dr has everyone pre diet for 6 weeks, I get banded the 22. If anyone has the same date or around then I would love to be a band buddy. I can't wait!!!

That is the exact reason I'm not telling anyone in my family!! They would do the same thing. My husband and Daughter know, but no one else. -
