i so need someone to be able to talk to ....feeling pretty alone these days with it. How are you doing with the 5 day thing....thank you everyone for the great advice....keep it coming...i NEED help -
i was banded in Oct 2010. i have lost 59 lbs. i keep going up and down 5 lbs the last 2 weeks and i am getting very fustrated....when i get fustrated i eat....i have lost interest in working out...its like it is not moving fast enough. Anyone have any good ideas on how to get back on track and jump start weight loss.
