My band slipped back in May, I think the emotional end was very difficult for me since I gained 59 pounds back in a few months partly due to my own choices. I have gotten my head back together and have lost half of what I gained. Prayers your way. Don't let this little hump in the road end your journey. It's jut beginning . I had my surgury over a year and 3 months ago and down 60 pounds. It took me forever to get under 200 pounds. -

I am looking Good today and my honey won't get to see me because i will be hot and sweaty from Jazzercise when I get home today but If he saw me right now he would be singing " Don't you wish your wife was hot like mine!"

4am workout 30 miuntes treadsmill, 25 minutes weights, 10 minute abs on ball, and 5 minute bike cool down. Can't wait to reach one-derland

Just taking a moment to Thank God for all the blessinging in my life, I think how lucky I am to have a loving supportive Husband. A loving family, Mom, Dad, a few great sisters, a wonderful son, and grandparents.

Not a good Friday so far! 1st woke hubby an hour late and then fell into temptation while waiting on van pull. I tried to eat donut and keep throwing up. You would think I would learn by now that I cannot eat donuts.

I have been in your shoes. I would lose three pounds and then gain 2 back next month, back and forth. I am a year out and just now started losing at a steady weight. It took me about four or five fills before i felt the restriction. Everybody openingto stomach is different so there are a few of us that it takes a few fills before the pounds start dropping. It does work with time. I am finall losing so just be patient and use the tool.

That's great. I think after a year of fills and 2 unfill's I have found my too.
