As for eating, I have way more protein and veggies than I did presurgery. Before my plate would be loaded with potatoes or rice. Now I measure out 1/4 cup and the rest is veggies and protein. As for exercise, I have always walked, but have added some running into my morning routine. Today we are getting a treadmill so I am excited to start doing that as well.
My clothes shopping has definitely changed! I love getting new things and now wear heels most of the time.
