First you need to try and eliminate the sweets! Funny to hear that from me, an admitted chocoholic! I feel like a junkie when given some real good stuff! If you aren't hungry between meals then I would say you don't need a fill. When was the last time you have seen your dr? Battling the head hunger has been huge for me these last couple of months as well. Sometimes I will take a bath or go watch tv in bed to try and forget about it. Or I will have a cup of hot tea, which I am doing right now!
