if you like chocolate cake you can mix 1 box chocolate cake mix with 1 can diet coke and bake as directed on the box. I think 1/12 of the cake is like 120 calories. Been a while since I have made it. Dollop with some cool whip! Or just have one piece from somewhere! It's your birthday girl!!

MOM OF 3, i GOT AN EMAIL BACK FROM THE pa...... Yes….it includes support groups, etc. Also, when we allow pts to come here for follow-up, we legally must also assume liability for this patient. In other words, if they have an emergency or after-hours problem, we have to see them at the hospital, or operate, or whatever is necessary. It is more than just a follow-up visit. AH, SORRY. dID NOT KNOW ABOUT the $1,000 fee. It is prob to get all your previous information and make a file for you. It would entitle you to all the support group meetings they have too.
