Reverse abdominoplasty is for the patients whose problem is limited to the upper abdomen and is performed with an incision under the breast and instead of being pulled down the skin is lifted. This procedure will have little effect on loose skin which is located below the button. The scars from surgery are normally hidden under the breast. The vertical component of incision is the disadvantage of this procedure. Usha Rajagopal

Gynecomastia is caused due to two reason one is deposition of fat and the second is excess of glandular tissues. If the case is first one i.e. deposition of fat than there is high probability that you might loose weight with exercise which causes overall burning of fat in body. But in case of glandular tissues there is a need to undergo plastic surgery which is also applicable in first case as well. _______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ gynecomastia plastic surgery

Anyone on here have Breast Augmentation before being banded?

Well I think breast augmentation is the best option. I will lift breast's shape and size without a fuss. But try and opt for an experienced plastic surgeon to get better results. -
Tummy Tuck, Breast lift with Aug and lipo at the same time?
helenajoy replied to smileyflower24's topic in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery
Having multiple surgeries all at one time is fine and I don't think there is any problem with that however breast augmentation, and other plastic surgery procedures if done at one time might cause bit of a pain in the corresponding part of the body as there is generally swelling after surgery so it would be nice to have one surgery at a time, when you recover form your previous surgery then you many go for the other one. -
Hello, I had plastic surgery about a month ago, and there was swelling near my abdomen. It lasted for around a week or so I don't exactly remember but yes gradually it disappeared. So you should consult your surgeon if there is some severe problem but generally it takes a little bit of time to recover.
