For me the first fill was not painful at all. Maybe just a little uncomfortable. The port area was a little sore the next day. Hope yours go well also!!

First you need to check with your DR. But you will get relief from the gas pains by walking as much as you can and taking gas-x strips!!! Walking truly helps and so do the gas -x strips and quickly too! -
In my country we Don't have much support after LB, Can I get some help?
sandy1 replied to Saro's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Hi Saro and welcome. The other two posters are giving you good advice. You also need to speak to your DR and let him know everything. I wish you good luck and don't let Dad get you down. You can do this. Exercise is always good. I hope you fell better soon. Don't push yourself while you are still having dizzy spells. -

can i drive myself to surgery?
sandy1 replied to falcon's topic in Tell Your Weight Loss Surgery Story
My friend dropped me off and then he came a few hours later and came inside and picked me up. You have to have someone. You will not be able to drive yourself after surgery. -
Hooray! Congratulations on your Lap Band!!
