Kim in Cary NC

I had Lap Band Surgery on May 17, 2010. My heaviest weight was 330 lbs. I'm currently down to 246 lbs but I am currently on a band holiday. :-( My lowest so far was 229 lbs but I'm going in the opposite direction than I want to be. My family recently moved from Gaithersburg, MD to Cary, NC in November '10. I'm an emotional eater and suffer from depression. I'm currently in the middle of another depression and trying to climb my way out. The stress of the move, the new job, everything basically has the better of me right now. But, I'm trying to move in a positive direction.
