Some docs are okay with carbonation. Some are not. If you let it go flat then you are not drinking carbonation.

Not true. Many people lose hair simply because they have been put under for surgery and no amount of protein or Biotin will fix that. It is very common. -
I weigh everyday and always have. Nothing worse than weighing once a week and finding out you have gained weight because you weren't monitoring yourself.

I use straws with no problems. Can't even remember what my doc said about it, if anything.

I have been drinking these for a year and a half. Haven't tired of the chocolate ones yet. Tried the vanilla and strawberry but they didn't taste good to me. -
