After two years I am just now starting to notice that new and better eating habits are becoming second nature, somewhat. My brain still needs conditioning!

Basically means that the admins have had enough of our foolishness and don't want anymore posts made to that thread. Some forums refer to it as closed, locked whatever.

It seems that some of the drs in my area are turning their backs on the lap band and going for the sleeve and the bypass. Now they are passing their lap band patients off to other drs. The whole thing is discouraging. It has me wondering if there will be an experienced lap band surgeon available to help me if I have problems years down the road. Have any of you noticed this trend or is it local to me?

It depends on how much weight you are talking about. I would have gained a few pounds if I had to. But not like 20 pounds, no. -

Ha! me too. Way colder this year so far and it ain't even good and cold yet. My heating bill is gonna double what it was before!

My old girlfriend used to get queazy when she took vitamins. Doc told her to simply stop. Not so easy for a bariatric patient as a lot of docs want you to take vitamins. -

You have 4.5 in a 10cc band and the doctor feels push back...Something doesn't seem right about that. I too wonder if you have a kink. But I am just a dude, not a doc. -

How big is your band and how many cc's are in it? I find it strange he could feel restriction on only your second fill but it depends on what size you have. -
Alex I can't find a tech support area so I am asking this question here. Are we ever going to be able to see which people "liked" a post? In the past it has helped me identify with like minded people and now that feature appears to be gone. I know I can still "like" a post but I can no longer see who else has. Thanks!

I know how you feel too. I put my dog through obstacle course training several weeks back and had to run beside her. I could feel my whole body jiggling. And talk about man boobs!! -

Has my account been hacked? What happened? I see no way for me to delete this bizarre info. Can one of the admins handle it? -

If you have been plugged for a week you may need something a little quicker acting than a stool softener. I keep a bottle of magnesium citrate on hand for the once a year or so that I need help. -

When I pull up blogs it pulls up everyones blogs. Even those from other surgery. Don't like that. Also the new content button is pulling up old content for me. Also my manage friends page doesn't work and my profile only shows 12 friends just like before.
