Not really any tips for you except drink as much as you can stand. Bouillon soup helped me a lot. My first three days were the hardest (headaches, weakness) and then it got easier.

Don't get your hopes too high. I think they are pretty bad..... but they are cheaper and more complete than other brands I have found.

I guess I am the odd man out here. I really don't want people commenting on my appearance one way or the other. Just take me the way I am and keep your comments to yourself.

My doc said do not put anything on them at all. The glue should wear off naturally and the wounds will heal just fine.

Okay I have these Tilapia fillets in my fridge. Is there any way to microwave them? I have been baking them and they are good but I am already sick of the dish cleaning. Was hoping there was an alternative way of cooking them with the microwave....... Less mess and worry, I hope. Yes I am a bachelor!

For those of us who are diabetics it is usually best to stay away from all high carb foods. This would include pasta, rice, bread and potatoes.
