Congrats on your weight loss! I would change up your exercise routine and what your eating. Your body after awhile gets accustomed to things and they way you are doing them and thats why you plateau. You basically just need to shock your body with something new and you will definitely see results! Good Luck.

thank you for your reply! one thing that was stressed at my doctors appt was not to lose any weight or i wouldnt be approved. my bmi is 35 but i have sleep apnea gerd and type 2 diabeties so that how im getting the surgery. i was scared because i had gained 5 pounds and worried i would be rejected....thank you for the advice!

6 month diet 5 pound gain help!

I personally gained 16lbs during my 6 month diet. I was approved by insurance this morning after only 3 days. So I wouldn't worry to much about. It says something about the fact that you do need the surgery. At least that was my PCP's opinion. She has had pt denied for losing to much weight believe it or not. Good Luck! -
Hi my name is Julie. I found this website because I was looking for info on insurance approvals. Well finally after this long six monthel process I finally got the call today saying that insurance was approved and they gave me a surgery date of 2.25.11 !!!! I feel very excited but more so just relieved that I am getting that much closer to a new beginning! I am enjoying reading everyones posts and it is extremely help. I will keep everyone posted.
