I'm one year out and I still have great restrictions. I can't only eat about three ounces of any meal. And drinking with a meal is still impossible. What are you all eatingat one or more years out? I have three lbs to go before I hit one hundred lbs lost.

If you did you would surely regret it. I've been there and it hurts like hell going down. I immediately threw up and had chest pains. It feels like food is stuck in your esphogus. -

I had my surgery in Mexico and everything was included. You won't be eating anything only clear liquids. They also give you medicine so thats also not a concern. -

It all comes down to who yyour surgeon is and what he requires. It is also dictated on your BMI those with lower BMI don't have to be on food restricts for very long as opposed to those with higher BMI's. -
