Tying to SLeep!!

Wow this is kinda scary... Friday to the hospital by 6 am ..... It's really here!

My surgery is also in six days and I feel as I'm on a rollercoaster ride of emotions! So I completely understand what you are going thru! I will keep you in my prayers...

Don't beat yourself up we are only human... Just try and listen to your dr he has your best interest! I asked my dr why every dr has a different approach to this preop diet an he stated besides to shrink the liver.... It is for you to get maximum weight loss for your personal self before surgery! Best of luck to all of yous! Excited for this tool to use onto. A healthy lifestyle change

I see the dietician on Tuesday and start the preop diet then my dr says stage 1 is 2-4 weeks adding one mushy food at a time!

I was denied 2 times and finally approved to get my sleeve! I have do many emotions balled up inside right now! But one question ?? How long are you in the hospital if everything goes good? So I can make plans for my children. I've waited for over a year to get this done and I'm like 2 weeks away

Im gonna try the liquids and all the protein drinks and if not then the alli but thanx guys for the replys and advice...I go to the drs on the 26th ill upate then. Till then take care =) tryin to to stay positive!!

The insurance company will not even give approval for the sleeve until i loose 10 %.....so here i am still stuck and go to the drs on the 26th and if i can shed the few llbs the will send in for authorization for approval for the sleeve and get my date is what i want =)

The calories low yes.... im sleepy all the time always cold...annemia??? i go for blood work in the mornin so we shall see....thyroid???? who knows

I just wanna say I luv how this site is very positive and all the encouragement u have to offer us on our journey!! BUT I have done everything for the drs request for the past 2 months ive been struggling with loosing the 10% Ive lost 6 and i need to loose 5-6 more llbs before they will put the request in for insurance approval....so needless to say i feel stuck with trying to loose the lil few so I can get a DATE... thats all I want... just a date on the schedule....So Ive tried the liquids (protien shake) sf pops sf Jello tons of bottled Water and it doesnt seem to be working...I dont know if b/c i joined a gym and workout everyday and zumba 3 times a week if im just creating muscle instead of loosing ...I dont know any suggestions to help me loose 5 in like 2 weeks....I guess i have to see it on paper to change...i just really am excited to succeed with this tool and want it done ASAP!!!!
