I was banded five years ago and lost 50lbs. I have recently decided to get back on the "band wagon" LMAO!! Today I ate: Breakfast: Oatmeal Lunch: Refried beans with cheese and some scoops (tortilla chips) Dinner: 2 Atkins shakes low carb 160 calories each.
