Howdy Fellow Aussies, I can’t believe I actually replied to your post in length 2 days ago and for some reason it’s not showing, so I’m attempting to reply again. Second time is never quite the same L Susannah: I know exactly what you mean when you say your scared. Let me share you some about me. I have a HUGE HUGE anxiety about Dr’s, Hospital, Surgery. I’ve had this always (bad childhood experiences) I would even go as far as saying, its more than anxiety, it’s a fobia. However, I was fast increasing my weight, I had fractured my knee and was aided with a walking frame. After seeing an orthopaedic surgeon, he stated I would need to lose a minimum of 30 kilos before he would consider any surgery. At that point my future flashed before me. I had already started becoming a recluse and cutting myself off socially. If I did not do something NOW, I would fast become a Very Overweight disabled recluse. The fear of this was as great as my fear of Dr’s, Hospitals Etc. Something had to change. So I bit the bullet and went ahead with the surgery. I did however let all the Dr’s etc know of my fear and ensured they nurtured and looked out for me. Sierra Indigo: I am more than pleased with the surgery (performed by Dr Leong) his after surgery care in the hospital could not be faulted. I came home from hospital and 2 days later was suffering badly with gas pains (the day before Christmas) and rang his residence, I could not have asked for a more understanding compassionate person to be on the other end of the phone. Dr Leon performs his surgery in several hospitals, one being the “Calvary Central Districts” I live in Salisbury so, appointments at his Salisbury rooms and Central Districts Hospital was ever so convenient. Good Luck with your decision J Fee: I can’t wait till my signature reads such exciting weight loss J Again congrats. I’m writing this from work and better get back to what I’m being paid for. I’m heading away to the beach for the weekend. Catch you all in a couple of days. CHEERS to Happy Healthy Eating J

Hey Everybody Thankyou all for your wonderful support. It really was nice to know there are people who have and will experience the same. Some who I don't have to feel ashamed to let know my feelings and most of all will Understand and support me - Thankyou all KayDotRn: Thankyou for your supportive post. I cried a few tears today then remminded myself why I started this journey. I dusted myself off and got on with the day. I am pleased this day has passed. Guess what, I didn't ruin it by eating something I shouldn't have *Proud Smile* Siyah: You are so so right. The old habbits do die hard. Thankyou for your support LuckyGirl: I guess today was my down day & your right WE all do have these days (I'm not alone). I'm am looking forward now & feeling much better. Thankyou for your support. Glad I have this forum to come to Okiefamily: Smiles and Thankyou for the HUG!. I'm finished with my down day now & hopefully I'll be right now for a good few days/weeks Saddle up my horse, I'm ready for the ride OfferRocker: My Diabeties is diet controlled "cough cough splatter" I've never taken medications for my diabeties. My reading is still the same as before hospital, I sit beteen 5-6. I think our readings in Australia are different from yours? Denise822: I hope you can create yourself some nice soups to enjoy, let me know how you go I'm happy to share my ides if it will help As far as weight loss goes, try not to be tooooooo despondent, let me share you my weight loss story so far. I lost 1 kg (2.2 pounds) before surgery. I lost 5.5 Kilos (12 pounds) in Hospital and only 1kg (2.2 pounds) since coming home from surgery 3 weeks ago. A total loss of 8 kilos (17.6 pounds). I feel disheartened at times, but know it will have to kick into gear soon, coz I'm only having around 8-900 calories a day. It has to fall off soon. I think I'm holding Fluid? Like many others I started having more Protein shakes today and will keep up with that and see if that makes a difference next week Take care all, I'll peek in the morning if I get time or a minute from work. I'm heading away for the weekend to the beach for some R&R Stay happy, stay healthy till my return CHEERS

LuckyGirl: *wiping away the tears* CHEERS and Thankyou for your support, your right about others before and after pics, I'll do that, in fact I've saved a site that is so inspiring It's these difficult times (and they do come to us all I'm sure) I have to remind myself why I did this in the first place. I was increasing my weight weekly, I had fractured my knee, I was getting depressed and had cut myself off socially, I have high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabieties, and was fast looking at becoming a disabled recluse. I did not want that for myself. I think this is harder for me at the moment, coz usually it's me supporting someone else. Thanks again. Off to work with my plastic smile. What's the saying? Fake it till you make it CHEERS

A thread for super-sized bandsters - starting BMI over 50?
Gerbera replied to Wheetsin's topic in LAP-BAND Surgery Forums
Howdy Folks My BMI was 48.9 thats close to 50 hey? I'm 5' 3" tall. I just discovered I have a 14cc band. I've been banded just over 3 weeks, so it's very early stages for me yet. I'm from Australia and we use metric conversion, however I'm always trying to get my head around the pounds and always trying to convert my kilos to pounds. My weight loss has been Verrrrrrrrrrrrrry slow. Most of my weight loss was in hospital and I've ONLY dropped 1kg (2.2 pounds) in 3 weeks. I'm averaging about 800-900 calories a day Liquids only. I guess my body is holding on tight to what it has and not wanting to give it up. I've started walking 15 mins a day, I'd like to do more, however I have a fractured knee, so am under physio instructions. I'm feeling a little despondent today, I feel like all this hard work for little show. I need some inspiration today *SIGH*. To be honest I think I'm going through another withdrawal period. Food has always been my comfort and my life (hence my size) so when things, work and life are in an upheavel for me I usually eat. What am I to do now? I feel lost. Anyway, I'm having a feel sorry for me moment and you coped my ramble, my apologies in advance. CHEERS to all Happy Healthy Eating -

Fee: OMG at 40 kilo weight loss - GREAT going, I bet you don't know yourself? bronnie70: You sound like your all fired up and on a roll Way To Go Girl!! I insisted on my Blood Tests being done at my first Appointment. They had a blood nurse at the specialist rooms, how lucky was that? CHEERS :teeth:

G'day Again Folks I soooooo look forward to my stop into the forum for a read and now to get new recipes YUM! who ever thought liquids and soft food could be so Yummy!! LuckyGirl: I also started some tummy excercises the past 2 days, but pushed it harder last night. I also felt a pulling & pain. I was quite ill with pain and nausea most of the night and today. I really hope I havn't done any damage. I think I'll wait till I see my Dr again at the end of the month. StephC: Sorry to hear about your friend in hospital with a bleeding ulcer. It these times that really make you grateful for the alternative decision. Hey Good Call on not choosing the bypass I hope your friend is going to be ok Denise822: I'm really rather enjoying the liquids. I'm having a lot of variety everday, for me thats essential. For breakfast I've been having Different flavoured Yoghurts and fruit juice or tomatoe juice. Protein drinks for morning & afternoon snack (different flavours) For luches and Dinners I have a different soup most days, mixing (Velish) vegetables pureed with either tomatoe soup, or chicken soup, mushroom soup. Lately I tried thickenning with Low Fat Cottage cheese. Most recently I bought Thicker Chunky Soups (so many different varieties) and blended them, added some V8 juice or vegetable stock to thin them down. Theres no way I can get bored, I can vary the flavours, the thickness how ever I like. I hope some of this is helful for you and you can add some flavour and variety. Siyah: I love the sound of your smoothie Mmmmmm. My poor hand held blender sounds like it's dying fast, I might look into this magic bullett blender your all talking about. Kathyb: I've been mixing soups also and I just love the V8 juice CHEERS till next time, keep up the good work - Here's to Happy Healthy Eating

G'day all Sneeking another minute while at work. Tsk Tsk Tsk @ Me Nathalie: Thankyou for your explanation and link for tater tots, now my mouth is drooling. They are similar to hash browns also, I'm sure you could use hash browns as well. Nathalie whats a hot tuna whip?, is that similar to my Tuna Mornay/hotdish?? Please share StephC: ha ha ha @ your explanation of Tater Tots, but yes I got the idea Thankyou for your detailed explanation. Ok Back to work for me - Happy Healthy Eating Folks CHEERS

skinnymom: Phewwwwwww skinnymom So So Pleased your ok. Thanks for letting us know. From your experience, I guess we all know what to do now if we get a food stick. Amazingly I've been tempted to see if I could eat some different things, but after reading your post I DON'T DARE TRY!

G'day and Good Morning all 6am here Yawn, stretch, I'm heading out for a walk as soon as I complete this post StephC: Glad I could share my Tuna Mornay/hotdish craving with someone else. Thanks for the tater tots suggestion, thats sounds so Yummy! NOW if only I knew what tater tots were hahaa. Please let me know Obviously we don't have them here in Australia, well we might, but under a different name hhaaa. LuckyGirl: WoW Thanks for sharing about your 1st fill. It releived some anxieties for me. I'm curious if I will get a fill on my first visit? I paid a co payment of $1,000 and that is supposed to cover all my follow up appointments for 2 years. I imagine that includes fills? I just found out (reading a card the hospital gave me) I have a 14cc band. LuckyGirl & VABandster: Isnt it amazing we were banded on the same day 19th December 2006 and how amazing how different Dr's in different countries vary with the follow up diets (Liquid) and fills etc. TheNewMe: I'm pleased your feeling a lot better. Very sadly every surgery has its risks, how unfortunate you were one of the unlucky ones on this occassion. I read your post & commented in another section on the forum. Hope your finding the forum supportive and useful. keep us posted how your going CHEERS to all - Happy Healthy Eating

bronnie70: The first week after surgery, I was very tender around the stomache and was quite nauseated for most of the time. The second week, I struggled with stomache & shoulder pains "gas" its quite painful, especially while everything is still sore and swollen. You will find Mylanta a life saver. I also suffered with moods swings a lot, I put this down to not being able to take my Menopause Medication, withdrawal from Yunk food and Detox. This 3rd week, I FEEL GREAT, my mind is so sharp and clear, I have more energy and am back into going out, catching up with friends, I'm back to work and loving life. The liquid diet has not been at all hard for me, I've really enjoyed it I have a great variety of milky drinks, soups, yoghurt, jelly etc. I've had no complications at all apart from normal things you expect after surgery (adjusting) I had no infection with incision/wounds. So far all is good. I don't for one minute regret my decision. I sincerely hope all goes well for you. Stay in touch, keep us posted :welldone: CHEERS to Happy Healthy Eating

Hi Everyone :welldone: I officially lost 1kg (2.2 pounds) this week YAY! A total loss now of 8Kilos (17.6 pounds) in 3 weeks  Kathyb: Seems you and I were banded on the same day. I'm still on liquids & don't get to see the doctor till 30th January. Not sure if he will do an adjustment/fill then? VABandster: Congrats on your smaller size purchase It will be quite sometime I'm sure before I manage to drop a size, but I have quite a wardrobe to wear as I downsize. Again Congrats Denise822: How long have you been on liquids now? and how much longer will you be on liquids? I've been on liquids for 3 weeks now and still have another week and a half before I go onto mushy/vitamised food. (singing.........I'm dreaming of Tuna Mornay/hotdish) hahaaa CHEERS and Happy Healthy Eating to all Current Weight 116.4Kilos (256.08 pounds)

G'day again fellow Aussies :welldone: bronnie70: I love this site, I wished I'd discovered it before I had surgery  Here here here, I am with you all the way on your statement to Sierra Indigo regarding the ongoing struggle with WeightLoss. I now know whatever I lose, will be loss forever Sierra Indigo: I guess alot about your situation depends on your current health status and weight and how much you want to lose. I read some research about Lap Banders versus dieters over 2 years. Lap Band patients were able to maintain their weight loss, where the dieters had regained a percentage of their loss. If I can give you 1 tip for life whenever you find yourself using the word "SHOULD" change it to "COULD" Could gives you a lot more Freedom. Susannah: I can feel your excitement. The 2nd of Feb is not far away, I bet your counting the days? Keep us posted

G'day Folks :welldone: I'm sneeking a minute while at work  StephC: LMAO @ Tunahotdish, ya gotta luv us Aussie's, we have a different name or saying for everything. Re the official food tasting. I think as Office Manager your gonna have to delagate food tasting to some other skinny soul. Re my possible knee surgery. All fingers crossed i don't have to have surgery, however when I fractured my knee, I also damaged a blood vessel that supplies blood to the bone, and now the bone is slowly dying, due it not being fed blood (Osteonecrosis) apparently the knee will slowly give way. OfferRocker: I hope you enjoy the Aussie version of TunaHotdish. I am sooooooooo craving to make it and eat it. I am so grateful for all teh information and support I have found at this site. Skinnymom: Please be kind to yourself YOU ARE NOT INSANE! If it makes you feel better I have forgotten many times. When I'm cooking preparing food for my husband on several occasions I have habbitually slipped a slice of mettwurst or something in my mouth before I realised, Thankfully, I spat it out before I swallowed. But it could so easily have been me in your situation (Old habbits die hard). I sure hope you manage some releif from the pain and the worry and get to feeling good again real soon. Ring your Dr if the pain persists, don't worry about feeling embarrased. I'm sure they have heard it all before, you wont be the first and I'm sure your not the last. CHEERS

G'day Fellow Aussies bronnie70: Hi and Welcome to the forum. Good luck with your visit to Dr Nottle on the 14th Feburary. Many have sponen highly of him here at the forum. I hope it all goes well. jenny: G'day and Thanks for the Welcome. I'm feeling much better now. Today is exactly 3 weeks post op. I'm still on liquids till the 21st January, although they do seem to be getting thicker. I've pfficially lost 1kg this week YAY. Thats a total now of 8 kilos in 3 weeks Sierra Indigo: Welcome to the Forum By no means would I say Lap Banding is taking the "easy" way. Who said life had to be hard anyway?. Even after Lap Banding you will still need to watch what you eat & excercise. So far from my understanding Lap Banding is a tool to reduce your hunger and the amount of food you eat, it's a slower and more permanant weight loss, so long as you remain committed. As far as surgery goes, I have HUGE anxieties around Dr's, Hospitals & Surgery. I read and researched all I could about the surgery before I had it done. There are always risks associated with any surgery, but for me, with a fractured knee, severe arthritis in my back, high blood pressure, diabeties, high cholesterol and limited social life due to my weight, my life was not looking good and I couldn't get moving. So for me it was well worth it. Your still young and have a whole life ahead of you. What ever decision you make will be right for you. Good Luck

okiefamily: This is Tuna Mornay INGREDIENTS 1/2 cup uncooked rotini Pasta 1 tablespoon butter or margarine 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour 1 1/2 cups milk 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese 1 cup frozen green peas 1 cup frozen corn kernels 2 (7 ounce) cans tuna, drained salt 1/2 cup bread crumbs DIRECTIONS Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Bring a pot of lightly salted Water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook until tender, about 8 minutes. Drain. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir in the flour until smooth. Gradually mix in milk so that no lumps form. Stir constantly until the mixture boils, then mix in half of the cheese. Add the peas, corn and macaroni. Drain the tuna, leaving a small amount of liquid to keep it moist. Flake with a fork and stir into the cheese mixture. Transfer to a casserole dish and top with the remaining cheese. Sprinkle breadcrumbs over the cheese. Bake for 20 minutes in the preheated oven, until sauce is bubbly and cheese is browned YUMMO! Siyah: Funny you should mention being colder since surgery, I have been colder post surgery. We are in summer here & I'm telling hubby to turn off the Air Cond. Being in Menopause I'm usually always having a Power Surge and feeling the heat, but lately I've been sitting with a Blankey over me. A friend suggested if we are having more Protein & less Carbs we will fill the cold more. I'll do a little more research to see if theres any truth in it. StephC: Yes a fractured knee for the past 8 weeks. Good for you for managing a walk. I've not had any surgery yet (possibly later this year) Dr said I needed to lose at least 30 kilos before he would consider knee surgery, hance the other reason for Lap Banding. I love the suggestion to melt some cottage cheese to thicken up Soups, that would make them creamy and tasty also YUM, I'll try that Thankyou Tonight I bought some Chunky canned soups, I'll blend them and thin them out some. I'm not wanting more to eat, but more sustinance is what I'm craving hisnhers: Welcome to the forum, I was banded on the same day as you 19th December, I'm still on liquid soups, mikly drinks and yoghurt till the 21st January, however my soups are getting thicker. All in all the surgery went well Let me know how your going? Finally to all: here at the Forum, I want to say Thankyou and I'm so glad I came across this site. I felt alone with a zillion questions about pain, food etc and this forum has provided me the the answers to all. So to all who share and contribute from the bottom of my heart THANKYOU. I don't feel alone now, I don't have to wait till 30th January to see the Dr to get the answers and I know I got more from this site than I could ever get from the Dr CHEERS to all keep up the good work

G'day all Sunday for most of you, Monday morning here (back to work) for me. At least it's only 5 hours a day, 5 days at the moment (due to a fractured knee) Well GUESS WHAT? I started walking today, reading all your posts I was inspired by your enthusiasm. I was up at 5.30am YAWN and went for a 30 min walk around the local park. Every journey begins with the first step.I'm on the way. okiefamily: You could be right about not eating enough calories, but I'm not sure I can eat anymore if I tried I still think my body is retaining fluids after the hospital stay My body is showing definate signs of weight loss, just not the scales. NGAdams: Thanks for the idea about taking measurements. I'll get onto that tronight after work, coz I know for sure my body has changed shape and shrinking. Skinnymon: LMAO @ craving runny, mushy chicken. I'm actually visualising and craving Tuna Mornay. And ya know what? I would NEVER eat Tuna before the surgery, I have not eaten Tuna in about 5 years hahaa. I've been told to stay away from corn, is it the same for you folk?? and can anyone tell me why?? How am I gonna have a Tuna Mornay without corn?? KayDotRn: CONGRATS on getting through the Holiday Party Feast Time. A difficult time for sure, these things are sent to try us I'm sure. Thankfully due to my surgery, I've managed to stay away from parties and invites, leading the quiet life. However I will admit to having a few liquids shooters for the New Year Celebrations. Happy New Year to all - Keep smiling - keep supporting each other thats why we are here CHEERS
-
OfferRocker: Hey Thanks for the sites, they are excellent, I've had a quick browse and saved them and I'll have a better look when I get home again, just off to have coffee & catch up with a friend. Thanks for sharing okiefamily: Kristin, as far as restriction feelings go, I'm still on liquids, however when I eat yoghurt (not so liquidy) I can only mange a half a cup, before I start to feel full and sick, so I'm guessing once I get to soft mushy vitamised food, I will be very restricted? As for calories, I'm eating around 800-900 a day, but not really losing. However I put it down to holding fluids. When I had surgery and was in hospital, I had only 3 glasses of juice for the 4 days I was admitted and spent the entire time being fed by a drip. Scales showed I dropped 5.4 kilo's (11.88 pounds) in those 4 days. And Yet since I've come home only having 800 or so calories a day (liquids) I'm not losing, so I must be storing the fluids, theres no way I can't lose weight on 800 calories a day!

Phewwwwwww someone else said it, go away for a few days and theres tonne's to catch up on. I'm just back from 2 nights away at the beach. It's summer here and it was awesome to get away and enjoy the sun and some relaxation - great for recharging the batteries dream: 3rd week before you can have more than clear Soup, you must be counting the days, get those smoothies wipped up oh and don't forget the noodles in the soup YUM. My favourite so far is........ Velish Soup mixed with a can of Spicy Tomatoe Mmmmm. Who would ever think I could get excited about soup. Skinnymom: LMAO @ ground runny chicken & salad (ENJOY) To be honest I feel a bit at a loss as to what I can have once I get to vitamsied food, I just can't visualise vitamised steak or salad It has to be visualy pleasing to eat for me. I think I've had a break through from the mood swings over the weekend. I'm into the 3rd week now & the gas pains have subsided alot, thw incision pains have eased immensly. I found myself with more energy and feeling better about life. I replaced my morning and afternoon milky drink, with a Protein shake and I feel a whole lot better, I'm not anywhere as hungry or moody. I even managed a walk (small as it was). Carol453: Holding you in my prayers for the new job - Good Luck let us know how you go :girl_hug:
-
dream: Oh I'm with you on all those yummy things. I have 4 weeks on liquids before I'm allowed to move to vitamised (15 more days) If I had to stick to just clear soups I'm sure I'd be going stir crazy. "All those yummy things" I'm having are low fat dairy and low fat vitamised soups by the way. But they do add flavour and something to look forward to, to satisfy the taste buds. Welcome to the Forum (I'm new here also) Express all you need about your frustrations we are in this together. It wasn't easy making this decision, and even though it's made, that doesn't mean it's going to be easy street and easy sailing. Stay with it, just know this time will pass and it will get easier. How soon before you can have more than clear soups? Good Luck with the weight loss CHEERS okiefamily - kristin: Great weight loss in such a short time - Congrats PS: I still need some help with the weight loss ticker and a signature if anyone can assist CHEERS
-
Hey Lilly, Cheers and Thanks for your reply. I started to take more notice of the pain in the shoulders, it's more in the shoulder blades and more when I'm hungry and at nights after a long day. Hopefully it will cease in another week or so. My mind went on a tangent (thinking the worse of course) and started to think things like gallstones etc. I've heard it's common for people who get banding? Hi Juliegeraci, Thanks for your reply re the fill I guess I'm going to have to wait till my follow up appointment on 31.1.2007 to find out information about the size of my band, what my fill is and if I should get a top up fill. As I mentioned in my earlier post, I dropped 5.4 kilo in my week in hospital but nothing since. I'm doing ok on the liquids it's only been just over 2 weeks. I'm certainly not eating or consuming enough to be putting on weight or even maintaining my weight, I really should be losing with the amounts I'm consuming (approx 900 calories a day) I'm totally at a loss as to why I'm not losing. Oh well I'll stick with it and keep my fingers crossed. I've tried adding a weightloss tricker and a signature, however feel I have failed miserably in that department, if anyone can offer some advice, i'd be greatful CHEERS in advance
-
G'day Folks I had my band surgery on 19th December 2006 (2 and half weeks now). I have no idea what my fill is at this stage. My weight on hospital admission was 124 kilos, I dropped 5.4 kilos while in hospital, but nothing since. I'm on liquids for 4 weeks.......fruit juice, drinking yoghurt, broths & soups, milky drinks and jelly. I sure hope I get a loss this week. It looks and feels like I have lost more, but the scales wont come to the party and agree (sadly) I like many of the newbies I was reading have suffered with painful gas and was advised to take Mylanta when needed. Mylanta will absorb the gas (what a life saver). I've not suffered with painful incisions/scars however I do have a hardenning lump around one major incision. I'll get this checked when I see the Dr next on 30.1.2007. I have continual pain in both upper shoulders or upper back, I assume this is gas? Can anyone tell me when you first get your band, is it just placed on and filled at further appointments? or do they do a fill at the time of surgery? I'm feeling in reasonably good health since my surgery. One thing I have noticed is.......My mind is ever so clear and sharp, Im putting this down to the liquid diet (no junk) and detoxification. I'm so looking forward to this future new journey of health and happiness. Congratulations to all who have made the same decision. Prior to surgery I wasn't living I was barely existing. 2006 was such an awefull year for me, let 2007 be the start of Everything new  My surgery was done my Dr Paul Leong - Adelaide South Australia
-
Dream G'day I'm new to the forum also, you can read about my journey so far in introductions. I was banded on December 19th, just over 2 weeks ago. I dropped 5.4 kilos in my 4 days in hopsital but nothing since (sad face) I've been allowed to eat drinking yogurt, ice cream, milky drinks, soups (not all clear) so long as they are thin and of consistency to pass through a straw. I havn't found this difficult at all, its a good variety. I'm not eating anywhere enough to put on weight or maintain my weight, so I'm at a loss as to why I hav'nt lost more as yet, but I'm trying to be patient and only weigh in once a week. I'm ok with the variety of liquids, so long as I'm not hungry. But I have been moody moody moody, I'm putting this down to junk food withdrawal. I can't just eat my feelings anymore, so I'm having to find a new way to deal with things including this change in my life. So yeah I've experienced the Moods and still am. I seem to have lost the bubbly evervesant side to myself, but hey we have just had surgery and turned our lives upside down. Once the weight loss starts, I'm sure I'll be happier. Congratulations to all on making the decision to be healthier. Some great positive and inspiring reading here that will help me on my journey to a thinner me. Thanks all for your contribution. NGAdams very inspiring reading  CHEERS. I've tried to add a weight loss tricker and a signature, but feel I have failed in that department, if anyone can send a message to help me with that I'd be really greatful Thanks in advance

G'day all I'm from the great land downunder (Oz) I had my banding done on the 19th December, you can read all about my journey so far in the introductions. I started at 122.8 kilos (270 pounds) I dropped 5.4 kilos(11.88 pounds) in the 4 days in hospital but nothing since. I'm 5ft 3" tall and would love to get to a goal weight of 65kilos (143 pounds). It's great this site exists to read about and share others experiences. Good luck to you all and congrats on making the decision  Keep posting and keep sharing CHEERS
