Well I started my pre op diet yesterday and did not cheat! But! (YEA I know there is always a but) I am also sick right now (Sore throat, sneezing) So It has been very difficult for me. yesterday I had a protein shake for breakfast, chicken, broccolli and carrots for lunch and a protein shake for dinner and a slice of cheese and some jello. Did not get all my water in but whe you a sick it is so hard. (also had several sips of a diet pepsi) Not to bad! TOday. I had a protein shake...
