I would like to join WW. I was banded on Feb 14, 2012. I have since lost 21.7 lbs. Do you use the same amount of points as someone who has not been banded? I would be allowed 33 points. that seems to be alot of points. Any help would be appreciated.

I was banded on 2/14 also, i no longer have the gas pains but i am hungry every 2.5 to 3 hours. i cannot get my first fill until 3/26, i have lost 11 pounds since my surgery. i really don't feel like the band is really there.

congrats to you, i too feel pain when i swallow. Hope it gets better soon.

I was banded on Valentine's Day but with every sip of something, i feel like the gas pains are right back at me. Is this normal? I'm not quite sure if its hunger i'm feeling or gas or pain or all three. Anyone ever go through this. I have waited 11 months for this surgery and I so want to be a success. Thanks for any help.
