Not sure if my band has just decided to tighten up, or I am back in the green zone or have a slip? I have had to go back to pureed meat so that it goes down easier. I can’t eat more than ½- ¾ cup of food. Then I am so full, almost feel stuck and if I drink after 30 minutes of eating I am gurgly for hours. Yesterday I ate some cream cheese pizza dip and I was all of a sudden so tight and major heart burn after 2 hours of eating. I decided to get sick so I could feel better and...
