  1. Pilates reformer has given me the lean pipes & legs i have dreamed off. I do 2 classes a week for an hour.
  2. I get this way to when i am too full. Flying tightens my band and sometimes it takes me days to recover. I find that with 6 to 12 hours of flying in 1 day. I tend to go to protein shakes and soft bars. Take it easy & good luck! Always if in doubt i do 2 days liquids/mushies and this settles down everything and resets.

    I have had this problem for a year. It is really bad when i drink my protein shakes. I just carry Frisk mints everywhere.

    banding and menapause

    I am premenopause but doing ok. I got a Minerna IUD that releases hormones naturally this has really helped. A lot of menopause women are getthing them for the hormones. Google and read about it as you might want to discuss with your doctor. Www.mirena-us.com I suffered from brutal periods, migraines... No more! The only thing i really suffer is from is non stop pimples now. Good luck!

    Reflux during the night

    Hi all! I have had acid reflux since preband bad. I am on strong meds that i take in the morning. Sometimes i will take a 2nd at night if really bad. I am really tight at 6.7 cc's. I have to reset with 2 days of liquid/mushies to help with acid reflux. I am finding that some foods some days are harder than others. I love spices and find that i need to stay away from them when my acid refux is bad. Once i hit goal i wil get a slight unfill. Also coffee etc... Are bad for reflux. Take it easy!

    Loose Skin - Does It Happen To Everyone?

    I have always worked out so after 108 lbs lost i am good except gravity with age . Not bad at all. I feel amazing! Good luck!

  12. I eat 1/2 to 1 cup of food.
  13. No episodes for 2 months and then had melted parmesan cheese and bam – stuck! Liquid & mushies now for 2 days. Have a great day all!

  14. Not sure if my band has just decided to tighten up, or I am back in the green zone or have a slip? I have had to go back to pureed meat so that it goes down easier. I can’t eat more than ½- ¾ cup of food. Then I am so full, almost feel stuck and if I drink after 30 minutes of eating I am gurgly for hours. Yesterday I ate some cream cheese pizza dip and I was all of a sudden so tight and major heart burn after 2 hours of eating. I decided to get sick so I could feel better and that took the pressure off. I am trying to see my surgeon next week as they are away this week. I have been this way for 5 days.

    Great Snack Choices?

    I am a cheese head and grab snack protein bars by Oh Yeah or Supreeme. Yogart i never eat as it is too sweet and i want high protein, low carb. Keep up the great work all!

    Andrea, i can sometimes do 1/2 an egg later in the day. For pizza i just eat the top and leave the crust.

    Stress Making Me Tight!!

    Regardless of how tight you are try to get the protein & cals in. I always go to protrin shakes, protein pudding, oh yeah bars & mushies. You want to feed the furnace to keep burning those fat lbs to keep weight loss. Good luck all!

  22. I need to have my cals at a min of 1200 or I am weak and almost pass out. Last night I went for a walk after dinner and I had to come home as I felt weak and almost passed out and needed protein. The same happened last month when I went for blood tests after only eating 600 cals. Good luck all! K

    What Are Your Cant Haves

    No bread, pizza crust, steak, tomoatoes, broc, cheese balls, rice, frozen drinks, red wine hard as it gives me wicked heatburn, burns my throat going down. Al least i can still have cheese!
