Are there any other Sleep Apnea Sufferers out there?
Kiskis replied to justplaintired's topic in LAP-BAND Surgery Forums
Glad it is n't just me!! I have tried for 3 months. I have moderate to severe sleep apenea. They turned down my machine and I still can't handle sleeping with it. I have to talk my clinic about it as I may try another mask. The problem is I am a very light sleeper. I hate the straps on my head. Either way I am not resest with or without. I guess they still may charge me for the machine. I am playing long so that it won't hold up my surgery. K Sleepless in Vancouver -

Today I was better at spacing it out. I eat veggies throught the day. I cooked a wack of spinach to satisfy me and give me lots of vitiamins. My husband is doing it with for support - just the diet part with shakes... I just want him eating stuff I would want. Thanks for your ideas & support! K

I better today working through the hunger. It is at night as I am not busy with work & multi-tasking. When is your surgery date? K

I have a Eliptical & love it! It cost $400 3 years ago. I love working at home. I put bands on the walls with hooks, fitness ball & stacking weights. That is all you need. Cheaper and more private than a gym. K
