  2. Are you chewing enough & taking small bites too? Are you getting enough Protein? I can't do any startches! I make the mistake of not listening to my body and having those last 2 bites! Measure you food, take small bites & chew, chew! I keep the food list on my fridge to remind me what I am not to eat! Good luck! Cheers, Kristi
  3. Thanks guys for you help. I just found it weird as my BFF who is banded drinks & eats all the time. I am really strict but couldn't if I wanted to. She can eat bread as I can barely do a cracker. I am happy & want to hit 90-100lbs by my 1 year ann. K

  6. Lane Bryant is not the best place to buy a bra. Go to Leggs and get measured and you can buy a good bra that fits for the same price. Good luck!

  8. I had the same pain. It takes time. I went for a massage 2x/week for about 8 wks. I go for deep tisue massage every week. Good luck! It is worth it!

    light-headed....anyone else

    Take it slow! Yes sip water, juice & when on the protein you will perk up. I would go, go and just crash. I over did it the first week. I was like a baby and had to nap 1-2x/day. Don't over do it!
  11. It doesn't work like magic. You have to work it! It takes a lot of work. I get bored with my food but not my weight loss! My pleasure is cheese! I also have choclate as a treat too. I am primarly on a protein diet and never go over 1200-1400 cals/day. Work it baby!
  12. Sounds like you need an unfill. I get tight with stress & flying. I am at 6.25 CC's and pretty tight. I have to be really carefull but I am reaching my goal & eating small but healthy! Good luck all!

    Working already?

    Most of the time the fill the band at the time of surgery. I had 3 CC's in but didn't know until my first fill. Also you are still swollen. Take it easy & heal!
  14. Since being banded I drink less. Just keep sipping! I do if I needed or not to stay hydrated. Good luck!

    Loose SkIn!!!

    Keep up the exercises! I am in the same boat too having lost 80 lbs and 30 to go. Gives a new meaning to droppy . I just stuff everything in! Still better than be over weight! Once I hit my goal going for a bob reduction & lift!

  17. 182.8 lbs to date lost 79.7lbs & 33.75 inches, 33 lbs to go. At 71% of my goal! BMI 31.

    What are you guys eating for protein?

    I eat Oh Yeah bars as they are softer but very yummy. I am also on a Protein diet. Things that really work for me: String cheese Canned chicken No sugar pudding with Protein powder Greek yogart Beef jerky in small bites & well chewed Taco beef with guac & salsa Use fat free salad dressings & broth to moisten you meats Cheers, Kristi
