Hi Mandy. You are actually the first person I have checked out their profile as I just joined the site this evening. I was banded in Sept of 2010 and have lost 42 lbs. At a plateau for the last 6 weeks. Exercise faithfully and record my food but can't seem to get the number done. As far as exercise you may want to check into your local colleges or university great gym low cost. Julie
