Hi everyone! I am new to all of this.........have never blogged before and am a week out from surgery. I am battling with my head right now and craving chocolate.......am looking for any ideas on how to get over the cravings and keep on track. Am not sure what my weight loss has been so far. My scale is not working correctly, but I have lost some weight, I can tell that much from the scale and my clothes. Yay! I have so many fears surrounding this whole thing.......can I stay mo...
