Hello All, I"m a single AA woman whom is ready to start my lapband journey. My surgery date is fast approaching on 1/27/11. My current weight is 243/5'3 I don"t have a goal weight yet. MY real goal is to get started and healthy. I will also say I'm pretty nervous so if there are any helpful suggestions please feel free to share information.
