Hello To All, I'm a single AA woman whom is ready to start my lapband journey. My surgery date is fast approaching on 1/27/11. My current weight is 243 / 5'3 I don't have a goal weight yet . My goal is to get started and be healthy. I will also say I'm pretty nervous so if there are any helpful suggestion please feel free to share information.
