Thank you so much for the information!! I take a hair skin and nails vitamin and biotin every day. I'm actually a hair dresser, but I don't have any clients who have had a weight loss surgery.

Im smell oriented too. It is really hard to resist bad foods when they smell so amazing. One of the things I do is imagine the good smelling food as something else like dog food or rat poison. Sometimes it works for me. -
