I'm 63 yrs old had a lapband on Dec.27. Ihave lost about 21 lbs so far. My Dr. was Shieh in Fort Myers, fl. I had to pay for the surgery my self since my insureance wouldn't. I hada losey Christmas not being able to eat but the DR. ran a special price during Dec. I am looking for decent recipes that I an eat and my husband will eat. I'm getting sick of eggs and cottage cheese.
