Help, went to a birthday dinner last night. I over ate a bit. Im still on the musheys but can have chicken. I think some of the pieces were to big. When I swallow I can feel it. How do I get rid of this feeling? Thanks

Hi Nicole, My name is Lori IM 49 and decided I had to do this due to having arthritis and needing double knee replacements. So I thought I would try this instead. So far so good. I have lost 10lbs and I do have more energy. My knees are feeling better with the little bit of weight. I wished it would come off fast but I know it wont. I also am on an anitdepresant and I am hearing it might hinder weight loss. So lots of new things to discover. Lets keep in touch Lori

Hi And Congrats, it sure is a new way of life. I was banded on January 10 the day after my birthday. Yes I had cake. I work at a daycare so I was off for almost a week but today Im back and doing ok just cant lift. I was filling much better around day 4. My biggest insission is still sore but the rest are doing ok. Still have lots of gas. Im half way through the 10 days of liquids. Im so ready to be done with that
