    I downloaded 'lose it'. Its weird. It gave me such a high calorie count. Is that normal? Thanks for the encouragement everyone.

    I was banded on 3/10 and I have only lost 54 pnds. I have had some ups and downs with my health to where I couldnt work out. I am so lost on what to do. I really didn't have much help with the dr office. I am just so frustrated. Any suggestions?
