I like to add black beans, corn, chicken broth, spicy salsa, and 3-4 boneless skinless chicken breasts. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6-7 hours. Pull the chicken out and shred it and add it back into the soup for about 30 minutes. Top with sour cream, cheese, avocado, or tortilla chips for AMAZING tortilla chicken soup. You can also just put the chicken in and dump a bottle of bbq sauce over them, cooking for the same amount of time as the soup. Shred the chicken and you have pulled bbq chicken for sandwiches, wraps, etc. I love my crock pot!
