well I don't know much but I know one thing if this had a been available when I was 31 I wouldn't be in the shape I'm in now. Being obese is very hard on you mentally and physical. Please give youself a chance at life in the best way you can and live it to the fullest. Please don't wait till your old. I'm wishing you the best

I am soon to be 62 and have decided I have lived my last yr of being obese. My desire is to get lap band but don't know if I shouls get plication or the plain lap band. I drive cross country and need the best for someone who stays moving all the time. Can anyone tell me which they feel is best What is the downtime for them Not knowing anything Please help
