Hey All!! Been gone a minute, but glad to report, have stayed on track! 172 pounds...from 216+. I want to lose any 22 to get to 150, so I am focused on a strict plan for 30 days... we will see.. 11 weeks, 2 pounds per week... should make it by April 23.... exercise 5 days per week....it will check back in periodically, It will be accomplished....
