3 meals a day? 6 smaller meals a day?

It seems like alot of people on here only need to lose like 60-100lbs, but I need to lose close to 200 and I hope its in reach for me... has anyone lost close to this much? I feel like i have a huge journey ahead of me, and i was banded 1-11-11.. Lots of hard work I hope i can reach my goal!!

I feel like I'm losing hair but it might be in my head... I have very thick hair so no bald spots, just alot in the brush... I need to stop wearing my hair up :/

Ughhhhh I'm at 6/14 too and Owwwwww it's finally happening Owwwwww I haven't puked but have ran outside cus I thought it was coming and honestly it hurts so bad I wish I would just throw up!! And people are right- drinking doesn't help!!! I duno if I should get my next fill or not!!!! -

I personally thought it still had that nasty protien shake after taste, I can't stand it Ughhh I Just make sure to eat my protien not drink it. Slim fast powder is good though I can handle that

At target there xxl champion sports bras fit me and gosh Im like a 46 C low D, so width wise they're nice and come in fun colors

I second the BEER... Everything else goes down fine, and even though there is a bit of diversity about carbonation, and beer doesnt hurt my tummy,I'm gonna live without it. Anyone for some shots???!! -

I've been banded since 1-11 and have been doing great down almost 30lbs and no pain or problems- until today!!! When I reach either arm across my chest I'm having a bad pain!!! It's right in the middle of my chest above my breasts, Owww!!!! Any ideas?

I didn't have one and they said they didn't want patients to have them because getting up and walking is good for you but man I peed alot and it hurt bad trying to get up!! The first time I got up I was very dizzy and didn't even wanna get up off the toliet ugh, just make sure someone is always there with you!!!

For the rib pain, I had it too and it came whenever itwanted too and had nothing to do with food or drinking, I would put my arm up across the couch and kinda lean on the couch on the side that hurt, if that makes sense... But it went away after the fourth week, knock on wood -
I hear it makes your stomach work, and it's suppose to be relaxinnnn

Citrate is easier for your body to absorb, otherwise you'd have to take other vitamins to help your body absorb it -
It didn't hurt but it was uncomfortable. I was numbed and he was pushing on my stomach hard to find my port. I had a bruise after.. No biggie I'm ready for more

I was banded 1/11 and lost 20lbs the first two weeks and now I'm stuck got my first fill and got my first stuck episode!! Ekkk!! I need to start exercising and stop drinking with meals!!! -
