I am about 9 months post op...I lost 78 lbs and feel great,,,,lately i have been yo yoing and i am creeping up a bit....but i go back in sept for a fill and i cant wait,,,i need that restriction so that i can lose more,,,but i will not give up the ship I will just have to hit the pavement and start walking more. I no longer have to have someone put my shoes and socks on for me. And I no longer wear a bipap machine my sleep apnea is gone.. My blood sugar is much improved. I no longer use Cymbalta for neuropathy and depression. I feel so much better. I am gonna work really hard now, By Christmas i would like to reach 200 or lower,,,so be sure to wish me luck...Good luck in your journey.
