Thank you. I have not had the lap-band yet. I am waiting to see if Lovelace west side, Albuquerque NM. I have gone thought everything,for 6Mo. I stop drink cole.I eat slow.I have done everthing. So ian think of going to El Paso TX.I hve talk with them,so hope to do it soon.I start at 249lb and now am down to 213,but 2 week ago I gain 7lb.Hope to go down by next week.It is hard to keep it off.

I am waiting to do the Lap-Band,but i would like,know what you can eat,a what not eat. Please help. I do a little,but not to much. Is there a web site i can go to? Please let me know!
