thank you alot. yea i have a 64oz h2o bottle with me at all times. i swear it keeps filling with water when i drink it. lol

its fun doing that. but if you dont have an idea on how to do make-up maybe try going to the mall and having one of those girls do it for you. like at macy's or something. JUST DONT BUY THE HUNDREDS of dollars of make-up they want you too. lol. also im sure there are websites that show you how to apply make-up and stuff. good luck!

i know what you mean. and the USUAL reply is. "oh you're taking the easy way out" easy my ass. you need help getting off the toilet, you cant wash yourself in the shower, it hurts to sneeze. you're doing this for you and no one else! just think of that! and just think, when you're at your goal weight, you'll look better then they do -

i just recently quit smoking too. i was banded 1/3/11.... its hard. another person on here told me that before we get our first fill its usually hell. i was at the doctors the other day and a guy in there said he gained weight before his 1st fill. i wouldnt be alarmed. good luck! -
hi i just got banded on jan 3rd 2011. so far ive lost 8 lbs. but im losing interest in my foods. i am getting dehydrated. i just cant seem to drink enough. i was so into it and i dunno what happened. i just keep thinking of the foods i cant eat anymore. it hasnt even been 2 weeks. i feel like a failure already.

i take 1000mgs of depakote ER.the nurse at the hospital told me to cut them in half. but i dont think thats right since they are ER. i havent had a fill yet but i need to figure something out before because im kind of scared, they are big pills and can totally block the outlet. im gonna look into the liquid. thankx

i am having the same issue. when they put the band on it isnt filled at all. i had my surgery jan 3 2011. so now the swelling is going down. its pretty much like we have no band. so in a few weeks we will get our first fill. then, no more big macs. good luck. -
