Thanks for the add...I started at 403 and currently i weigh 355. I had surgery in November and I am currently down a of a lil over 50 lbs...which is good. I enjoy it and it's really hard to say no to food...because I can have all the things I like, however I am counting calories daily because if I stop counting I eat whatever i want even if it's only a lil of it.
