    You have to follow what's best for you, it's easy to get that feeling of regret. VSG may not have worked for you, don't allow others success to side track you. The lapband is a great tool and a lot of people have been very successful, don't give up on it. Plus with RNY and VSG they alter your stomach. Which means you can stretch it back to normal size, If you don't change your portions. I feel the lapband helps with portion control, and that is my personal weakness. Stay strong sweetheart, this is a big community, you have tons of support here take advantage. Keep me posted Babe:)

    So I met with my PCP for the last time on Friday, on Monday I meet with the surgeon. I'm super excited because she will give me a tentitive surgery date pending approval from my insurance:)
