Have your Thyroid checked.....ask for a TSH test! Could be underlying health issues! I was banded 12-7-10 and am only down 50 pounds! I have Hypo thyroid,stage 3 Adrenal Fatigue among other issues and it is harder to lose the weight compared to someone with out thyroid issues!

He is an editor of “The Handbook of Obesity Surgery” (a book intended to teach all aspects of obesity surgery to both weight loss surgeons in training and current weight loss surgeons) and an editor of the journal,Obesity Surgery, which publishes articles to current weight loss surgeons. Dr. Madan has been asked and continues to be asked to educate surgeons about obesity surgery in national courses. Dr. Madan IS my Doctor and I could not be happier! I was banded on 12-7-10 at the BH center!

I'm from Laguna Niguel and was banded on 12-7-10! I'm only down 15 pounds since then but 30 since I was approved! I go in for my 3rd fill this Saturday! yay Jenna, Laguna Niguel

I had surgery Dec 7 2010 and Dr Madan is My Dr.! Love him! Every surgery has risks! And there are millions of reasons why people die!

Hi I had surgery on Dec 7th 2010 and he was my surgeon ! I believe you may be thinking of Dr George Tashjian, Yes he has a death on his record not sure what came of it! I first went to Dr T as they call him in the Covina office! My first meeting was not pleasant, He is arrogant and rude! I went home and spoke to Armando who was/ is my weight loss consultant! I told him To get me a new Dr! By the time surgery was coming they had changed me to Atul Madan i did my research and was excited to see he was my Doctor! I didn't meet him until my surgery day but I was 100% confident in him! Couldn't be happier with the outcome and I go for my first fill at the end of January!
