I had my surgery on 12/20/2010 and i was wantin to know at this age what type of foods should i be eating and what are the recipes? ( please no food thts too bland)!! Please help me:)

I got my lap band on december the 20th and i have only lost about 15 pounds, i was wanting to know if anyone had been in a similar predicament or what i could do to jumpstart my weight loss over again. Also what are some good workouts that i could do to prevent flabby skin and stuff?? Please help me!
